Terms & Conditions for EAN/UPC Barcode Services

Effective: 24 April, 2025

1. Barcode Ownership

• All barcodes are issued under GS1 global standards
• You receive non-transferable rights to use purchased barcodes
• Resale of barcodes is strictly prohibited

2. Payment Terms

• Prices are in INR
• 100% payment required before barcode generation
• Chargebacks will result in permanent blacklisting from our system

3. Delivery

• EAN-13/UPC codes delivered via email within 4 business hours
• Verify accuracy immediately – report errors within 24 hours

4. Refund Policy

• No refunds after barcode issuance (digital product)
• Exceptions: Duplicate codes or technical errors on our side

5. Prohibited Uses

• Using barcodes for illegal products
• Modifying barcode graphics without authorization
• Sharing codes with third parties

6. Governing Law

Disputes will be resolved under Indian laws. Jurisdiction: Gurugram.
