Refund Policy for Digital Barcode Services

1. No Standard Refunds

All sales of EAN/UPC barcodes are final due to:

  • Instant digital delivery
  • Unique code generation costs
  • GS1 database registration

2. Eligibility for Exceptions

Refunds only issued if:

  • Duplicate code generated (proven via GS1 check)
  • Non-delivery within 72 business hours
  • Technical error in barcode format (invalid EAN-13 checksum)

3. Refund Process

  1. Email [Support Email] within 7 days of purchase
  2. Include: Transaction ID + Proof of Error
  3. We’ll investigate within 14 business days
  4. Approved refunds processed via original payment method

4. Chargeback Policy

Unauthorized chargebacks will result in:

  • Permanent account termination
  • Blacklisting of associated barcodes
  • Legal action under India cybercrime laws
