Pay Range: $63–$65/hour ($2,500–$2,600 per week)
Position Summary:
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Ambulatory for an exciting job in Syracuse, NY.
Responsibilities:
Perform nursing assessments and provide patient care with minimal supervision
Administer treatments, medications, and procedures per protocols
Monitor patient responses and intervene as needed
Collaborate on individualized care plans with healthcare team
Document assessments, interventions, and patient interactions in EMR (EPIC preferred)
Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, and self-care
Maintain compliance with hospital policies and quality standards
Qualifications:
Required:
Current NY State RN license and BLS certification
1.5+ years recent acute care experience in a hospital setting
Independent in performing patient care skills
Strong communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills
Preferred:
Level 1 trauma hospital experience
EPIC EMR experience
