Overview
We are seeking a Technical Project Manager with expertise in Physical Identity & Access Management (PIAM), Visitor Management, and Mobile Credentials to lead enterprise-level security and identity lifecycle projects. The role involves planning, execution, integration, and delivery of PIAM systems across HR, IT, and security ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end PIAM initiative planning & execution (scope, schedule, budget, risk, communication).
- Build detailed project plans with milestones, dependencies, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with IT, HR, compliance, and physical security teams to align requirements with enterprise goals.
- Manage integration with Access Control Systems (ACS), HRMS (Workday, SAP), ITSM (ServiceNow) .
- Oversee delivery management and guide internal & external project teams .
- Facilitate collaboration between client teams, consultants, system integrators, and vendors.
- Manage stakeholder expectations through regular reporting and updates.
- Monitor team performance and ensure project is on scope and schedule.
- Oversee system configurations and customizations to align with business needs.
- Ensure compliance with SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR .
- Facilitate UAT, training, go-live, post-implementation reviews, client handovers .
- Maintain documentation, status reports, risk logs, and closeout reports.
- Conduct client satisfaction surveys for continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Must-Haves
- 8+ years in project management, with 5+ years in PIAM, IAM, or physical security systems
- Proficiency in JIRA, MS Project, Confluence, Smartsheet
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of identity lifecycle, compliance frameworks, HIPAA, NERC CIP
- End-to-end project lifecycle ownership (initiation to closeout)
- Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid methodologies
- Vendor and stakeholder coordination, managing SOWs/SLAs
- Budget and resource planning
Preferred: PMP or Certified ScrumMaster
