Job Description
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of SEO Executives, Analysts, and Content Specialists .
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, technical).
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market trend evaluation .
- Optimize website architecture, internal linking, and overall user experience (UX) for SEO .
- Oversee on-page SEO elements such as metadata, schema markup, headings, and content optimization.
- Plan and manage link-building campaigns to improve domain authority.
- Collaborate with content, design, development, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated.
- Monitor and report on website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Moz, etc.).
- Stay updated with search engine algorithm changes and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Track KPIs such as organic traffic, keyword rankings, conversion rates, and ROI .
- Present monthly/quarterly SEO performance reports to senior management.
