About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our team. This is a 100% commission-based role, offering unlimited earning potential for top performers. You will be responsible for generating leads and closing sales with producing work orders.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and social media outreach.
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal.
- Maintain client relationships and provide ongoing support.
- Track sales activities and pipeline using CRM tools.
- Exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
- Proven sales experience or a strong desire to succeed in a commission-only environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter with strong time management and organizational abilities.
- Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule.
