We're seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our team and drive business growth. This role combines leadership, strategy, and client relationship management, ideal for someone with experience in outside sales, B2B, or technology sales who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve revenue and performance goals.
Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market reach and increase profitability.
Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients through outside sales.
Use Salesforce (or similar CRM) to track performance, client interactions, and opportunities.
Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns with sales objectives.
Conduct contract negotiations and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
Monitor sales metrics, market trends, and competitor activity to identify new growth opportunities.
Proven background in outside/B2B sales or sales management .
Experience in the technology or spa/wellness industry preferred.
Proficient in Salesforce or comparable CRM systems.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Highly organized with strong analytical and business acumen.
