- Manage all dining services and personnel
- Ensure that nourishing and well-balanced meals are prepared and served to meet the daily nutritional and special dining needs of each resident
- Develop and implement operational methods and management systems to achieve the maximum efficiency
- Collaborate with the facility CDMs to improve the quality of Dining Services
- Supervise food preparation

- Baccalaureate degree or other advanced degree in dietetics plus internship.
- Registration with the American Dietetic Association Commission on Registration and license or certification by the state where he/she practices, if appropriate.
- Must be registered with the State of Indiana.
- Ability to travel between all CarDon locations.
