LaSalle Network is teaming up with a global technology company based in the western suburbs of Chicago looking to bring a Talent Acquisition Coordinator on board.
We are seeking a highly adaptable and detail-oriented
Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join a fast-paced, high-volume environment where your ability to pivot quickly and manage multiple priorities will be critical. The role offers exposure to a variety of TA projects, including branding and training initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: - Manage internal promotions and lateral moves, ensuring smooth transitions and timely communication.
- Handle part-time hiring, contractor conversions, and agency-sourced offers.
- Review and follow up on referrals missed in the system.
- Maintain and manage the TA inbox.
- Process approximately 9–10 promotions per week in a high-volume environment.
- Support future TA projects, including branding and training initiatives.
- Collaborate with RPO partners on hourly requisitions as needed.
- Utilize Oracle ATS to track and manage candidates (experience preferred).
Qualifications: - 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR coordination, preferably in large organizations (1,000+ employees).
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Quick learner, able to hit the ground running.
- Experience with Oracle ATS is a plus.
