Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and close projects on time and within budget.
- Lead teams across manufacturing, engineering, and procurement.
- Define scope, milestones, and deliverables in line with business and FAA requirements.
- Monitor costs, resources, and schedules to ensure success.
- Manage vendors and subcontractors to maintain quality and compliance.
- Uphold FAA, OSHA, and company safety standards.
- Report progress and drive continuous improvement in project delivery.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Aviation Management, or a related field.
- PMP certification required.
- 5+ years of project management experience in aviation, MRO, or manufacturing.
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar tools.
