Licensed or eligible for Wisconsin Occupational Therapy licensure
Graduate of an accredited OT program (bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral level)
Genuine passion for outpatient pediatric therapy
Strong communication skills with children and families
Creativity, flexibility, empathy, and a love for child-driven intervention
Conducting evaluations and creating individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
Providing engaging, hands-on therapy in our outpatient clinic
Supporting development in fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-help skills, and overall functional independence
Recommending adaptive tools, strategies, and interventions that enhance participation
Collaborating with caregivers, educators, and interdisciplinary teammates
Maintaining organized, compliant documentation of therapy services
