Peraton is seeking an Operations Manager to join our team of qualified and diverse individuals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a large, geographically dispersed team of specialists supporting the IT infrastructure of the Transportation Security Agency (TSA), ensuring it operates efficiently and cost-effectively, allowing users continuous access to business applications, information, and services.
As the Operations Manager, you will proactively direct activities at TSA sites in CONUS and internationally, including TSA HQ, operations centers, data centers, airports, international offices and cloud environments. You will collaborate with TSA IT Service Management to execute Event and Incident Response, Problem Resolution, and Change Management processes in alignment with TSA policies and processes. You will act upon user feedback and lessons learned to drive continuous service improvement. Your team will include the following key capabilities: Operations and Maintenance (O&M) of deployed TSA systems and environments, End User Support, including Help Desk, Engineering, Information Assurance, and Security, including Cyber Security. You will manage subcontractor resources, scheduling, and training to maintain contractual performance obligations.

Target Salary Range: $135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
