Outpatient Nurse Practitioner opportunity

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join a highly respected and well-established Internal Medicine practice in Southern Washington State. Many patients are elderly and require Pain medication. This is a full-time position with a 4-day workweek, designed to provide both professional satisfaction and an excellent work-life balance.

Why Join Us?

Our practice is known for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. You’ll be part of a supportive and collaborative team that includes experienced physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, and medical assistants. With the help of dedicated scribes to manage most of the documentation, you’ll have more time to focus on what matters most—your patients.

Position Highlights:

  • Outpatient-only Internal Medicine practice.
  • Full-time schedule, 4 days per week.
  • Work closely with a collegial group of physicians and fellow providers.
  • Mentorship and training available—new graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong daily support staff, including scribes, nurses, and medical assistants.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base salary: $130,000–$140,000 in the first year.
  • Bonus opportunities for additional earning potential.
  • Comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
  • Supportive, provider-focused practice culture with long-term stability.

Apply directly at or call 817-483-4300 for more details.

Lifestyle & Location:

Southern Washington offers a friendly community, reasonable cost of living, and unmatched access to outdoor recreation. Whether you enjoy hiking, skiing, fishing, or exploring the scenic Pacific Northwest, you’ll find an exceptional quality of life here. Located within a short drive to Vancouver, the 4-day schedule also provides long weekends to relax and recharge.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Nurse Practitioner.
  • Interest in Internal Medicine and outpatient primary care.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Open to both experienced NPs and recent graduates seeking mentorship.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner looking to join a well-established, collegial practice that values both patient care and provider well-being.
