Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our established and growing medical practice in El Paso. Schedule:
- Monday through Friday.
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
- No weekends.
- No on-call responsibilities.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $110,000 - $120,000 first-year salary - negotiable.

Job Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients in a clinical setting.
- Perform patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and manage follow-up care.
- Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with state regulations.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Follow established clinical guidelines and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Licensed or license-eligible Nurse Practitioner (NP) in Texas.
- New graduates encouraged to apply — training provided.
- Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
