Job Description

  1. Independently manage market or consumer research projects, transforming the company's marketing needs into research topics, selecting appropriate research methods, conducting surveys independently, and producing research reports;
  2. Monitor industry competition and competitor dynamics, regularly collecting and analyzing competitive information to deliver high-quality competitive analysis reports;
  3. Build and maintain a research resource database, including but not limited to professional market research firms, social listening companies, industry think tanks, and consulting firms; identify and establish external resources or channels, fostering trust relationships with industry stakeholders, government departments, and various professional research institutions;
  4. Assist in refining and iterating the standard operating procedures (SOP) for research projects, collaborating to solidify the company's proprietary research methodology and enhancing the service offerings of the market and consumer insights team;
  5. Leverage past work experience to inject new analytical perspectives and research resources into various preliminary research projects, collaborating with colleagues and external organizations to implement these projects.
