- Degree in Yacht & Marine Design and/or experience
- Degree Industrial Design Engineering and/or experience
- Marine Industrial Design experience
- Experience with production boat builders such as Chris-Craft, Intrepid, Century, Sea Ray, Cigarette, Boston Whaler, Grady-White, Regulator, Contender, Everglades, Yellowfin, Cobia, Scout, etc.
- Interior design and ergonomics
