Job Description
Обязанности:
- Develop and implement maintenance strategy for manufacturing operations equipment
- Maintain cost analysis, construction of Pareto analysis for the equipment
- Ensure the reduction in maintenance costs at the same time maintaining the quality of the maintenance
- Lead the team of mechanical engineers effectively responsible for equipment service and engineering
- Lead the proper document flow for writing-off spare parts, concluding the acts of acceptance of completed work
- Conduct the analysis of the causes of equipment downtime, implementation of preventive measures
- Replace the direct supervisor during the absence (sick leave, vacation, etc.)
- Responsible for developing the direct personnel and upgrading the professional knowledge and competences for technical employees (operators, mechanical engineers)
Требования:
- Higher education in technical and/or engineering field, Additional technical/engineering certifications will be an advantage
- 5+ years of cumulative work experience: from 5 years in the field of technical, energy areas in food industry or related industries
- Practical experience in installation or operation of equipment and understanding of basic processes and technologies in the food industry.
- Proficiency in MS Office; AutoCad, 1C will be an advantage
- Fluency in Georgian; English on B2
- Knowledge of policies and procedures related to production, including Environmental, Labor and Safety and relevant legislation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with staff, suppliers and external parties.
