Job Description
We are a large growing mechanical contractor in California that works on many of California’s biggest and best mechanical projects. This is a full-time position with: great benefits, retirement package, and with plenty of room for career growth. We are planning to hire California’s best and brightest HVAC Project Managers in the near future.
Responsibilities:
- Get best pricing and on-time delivery of materials from vendors.
- Build and maintain a strong relationship with GC’s and Owners.
- Find, Estimate and Manage Commercial HVAC Construction Projects; schedule, billings, submittals, RFI’s & change orders, select and monitor subs.
- Meet and coordinate with Owners, General Contractors, and Sub contractors. As well as communicating with Superintendent, Foreman, Journeyman, QA, and helpers in the field.
Requirements:
- Local
- Stable work-history.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction or Mechanical Engineering and/or prior field experience preferred.
- 5+ years of experience working for a Mechanical (hvac) Contractor.
- Strong knowledge in State HVAC Codes, BlueBeam, MS Project, Microsoft Office, and/or Quickpen / Accubid preferred.
