Job Description and Duties
The Human Resources Intern will acquire practical experience while working in a high energy, fast paced, customer and employee focused restaurant. You will work directly with the Owner/Operator and key personnel within the Leadership Team, assisting with human resource and administrative functions. The intern will learn all aspects of the HR division of the business including: Compensation and Benefits, Employee and Labor Relations, Employment Law, Organizational Behavior, HR Strategy, Workforce Planning and Staffing, and Performance Management. The ideal candidate has the ability to effectively execute tasks with enthusiasm and attention to detail. They understand the sensitivity of the information they have access to and are committed to upholding compliance standards. The candidate will possess excellent communication, organizational and time-management skills.
