Job Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures in compliance with Canadian federal and provincial laws (English &; French).
- Provide guidance on regulatory compliance, employee relations, and HR best practices.
- Support and manage compliance programs including:
- Pay Equity (Quebec, Ontario, BC)
- Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA)
- Federal Contractor Program
- Francisation Program (Quebec)
- Conduct investigations, performance improvement planning, and conflict resolution.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Payroll, Legal, and US-based HRBPs.
- Utilize Workday for HRIS and documentation processes.
- Assist with HR support during mergers and acquisitions in Canada.

Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field and 5–7+ years of HR generalist experience, preferably in a compliance-heavy role.
- Bilingual in English and French (written and verbal).
- Strong knowledge of Canadian labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
- Experience and knowledge of Google Suite or willingness to learn.
- Experience with HRIS systems (Workday preferred).
- HR certification (CPHR/ORHRI) is a plus, but not required.
