Job Description:
Creative Search Recruiters for this role have to be creative, drawing from Candidates in fast-paced manufacturing environments, or combining pre-existing HR experience with non-HR related manufacturing experience.
Foundational HR Experience, in a Fast-Paced Environment This can be a combination of any experience, whether that's:
Can be a Recent Graduate Instead of having foundational HR experience, they can be recent graduates who align with the below criteria. They must have either an ASSOCIATES or a BACHELOR'S degree in HR or Business Administration (with multiple HR courseloads) to make this avenue work
Talent Acquisitions Someone who's done volume onboarding and hiring in Manufacturing would work well, too
Bilingual Fluency Candidates need to be fully fluent in English & Spanish spoken, read, written (they work hand-in-hand with bilingual Union Manufacturing employees at the Plant)

Requirement:
Managing Employee Relations with Union Manufacturing Personal (Bilingual Fluency Required)
Cross-Trained in Payroll & Time Sheet Reviewal/Administration
Cross-Trained in working with Agencies
Cross-Trained in Benefits Administration
Cross-Trained in Leaves of Absences
Onboarding, Interviewing, and Orientations (Reviewing Documents like I9, W4, ID's, performing Background Checks, etc).
