Job Description
- Source, attract, and recruit healthcare professionals through multiple channels
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates
- Coordinate interviews with department heads and hiring managers
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from offer to onboarding
- Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics
- Develop job postings and manage recruitment campaigns
- Build and maintain relationships with medical schools, training institutes, and staffing agencies
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and healthcare regulations
- Provide regular reports on recruitment activities and hiring status
- Participate in career fairs, recruitment drives, and networking events
