Fabrication Shift Leader / Supervisor - 2nd Shift
DEFINITION:
This will be for a Fabrication/Welding Shift Leader role. The ideal candidate will have experience or aptitude to work as lead or supervisor in a manufacturing shop. A strong background in sheet metal fabrication and welding is strongly preferred (mostly fab-some welding).
Currently a small 2nd shift (4 Fabricators running a laser and a structural plasma - Beam Line). This shift is preparing materials for 1st shift fabrication and welding. Seeking someone with leadership ability and a background in metal fabrication/welding to help grow this shift. Will be a hands-on working lead and transition to supervisory role as the shift grows in size (hope to be 10-12 on second shift a year out). The hours are 3pm-1am, Monday through Thursday.
