What You’ll Do:
As an Entry-Level Real Estate Agent, you will:

• Learn how to generate leads, nurture relationships, and close transactions
• Help buyers and sellers navigate real estate deals with confidence
• Build your pipeline through proven prospecting methods
• Work on your schedule with both in-person and remote options

Who We’re Looking For: • Active or soon-to-be licensed real estate agents (state license required or in progress)
• Self-starters who are eager to build a real estate business

• Communicate with warm leads generated from online platforms and marketing efforts

• Shadow experienced agents during listing presentations, showings, and negotiations

Qualifications:
• Currently licensed or willing to enroll in a real estate licensing course
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Positive attitude, solution-oriented mindset
• Must be organized and able to multitask effectively
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Comfortable learning new tools and software
