About the Role

We’re seeking a Bubble Engineer / Integration Specialist to manage and evolve our low-code infrastructure. This role will focus on maintaining and improving existing integrations across Bubble.io , Make (Integromat) , Google App Scripts , and custom API connections , while contributing to the design of new automation systems.

You’ll play a key role in connecting our tech stack—linking CRMs, internal databases, and reporting tools—ensuring reliable data flow and scalability across departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and optimize existing Bubble applications, ensuring high performance, stability, and data accuracy.

  • Develop and maintain API integrations , webhooks , and Make.com (Integromat) workflows.

  • Troubleshoot and enhance Google Sheets automations using Google App Scripts , including data validation, triggers, and custom functions.

  • Collaborate with operations, finance, and tax teams to identify automation opportunities and translate requirements into efficient technical solutions.

  • Support data management, sourcing, and transformation efforts across multiple systems.

  • Create clear documentation and system maps for all integrations and automations.

  • Proactively identify system bottlenecks and propose optimization strategies.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience with Bubble.io , including plugin configuration, database structure design, and workflow logic.

  • Strong understanding of no-code/low-code integration platforms such as Make.com , Zapier , or n8n .

  • Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and App Scripts (JavaScript-based scripting).

  • Familiarity with API authentication , REST/JSON , and webhook-based systems .

  • Experience integrating CRMs , project management , or ERP systems (e.g., HubSpot, ClickUp, Monday, Airtable, or similar).

  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple technical priorities in a remote environment.

Nice to Have

  • Background in financial, accounting, or data-driven business environments .

  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Google Data Studio, Power BI, Looker Studio).

  • Familiarity with server-side scripting or database management (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).

  • Understanding of security best practices in API and integration design.
